    3tan^2(x)-1=0 3tan^2(x)=1 tan^2(x)=1/3 tan (x) = 1/sqrt(3) x = arc tan (1/sqrt(3)) so x??

    yes tan (x) = .577 x = arc tan (.577) or x = tan^-1 (.577) i'll ask u.., what is the value of tan 30 ? use calculator, please!
