I don't know all of these but I am pretty sure #1 is B. Anthropologists study, quite extensively, evolution and human biological characteristics to get a better understanding of how they work and where they came from. Although I would assume Anthropologists have to learn some of the plants and animals that are in the environments of the cultures they are studying, it is not their primary focus. I would go with B if I were you.
