China has abundant coal resources that are being utilized to propel their economy forward. However, the Chinese are contributing enormous amount of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere in the process. Do you think that the Chinese should be held to he same enviromental standards as developed regions like North America and Europe or that they should be allowed the flexibility to pursue development with fossil fuels, just as the west did?
