    They are similar because Segment BR to segment DB is 1:2 and Segment KE to segment YK 1:2. They are not similar because Segment BR to segment DB is 2:1 and Segment KE to segment YK is 1:2. They are similar because Segment BR to segment DB is 2:1 and Segment KE to segment YK is 2:1. They are not similar because Segment BR to segment DB is 1:2 and Segment KE to segment YK is 2:1.

    You can use common sense on this one. Look at line segment BR. Is it shorter or longer than DB? If BR is shorter than of the two choices 1:2 or 2:1 it must be 1:2 Now do the same for the other kite.
