[FW.01]A local farmer uses chemical fertilizers in his farm. The runoff from the farm pollutes a river which supplies drinking water in the location. This causes serious health problems among people in the location. Which of these is the best method to solve this problem? Ask the farmer to stop fertilizing the farm. Ask the farmer to use compost to fertilize the farm. Ask people to migrate to locations away from the river. Ask people in the location to use the river water only for washing purposes.

You don't ask him, you make him... he needs to be forced to stop. It isn't a voluntary thing it's an enforceable FIFRA regulation.
