In this question. It is asking that you have to find the value of the unknown variable (most probably range of the variable). and by sustituting those range of that value you have to plot the graph

Yes.. all else is.. but .. You need to take care when dealing with inequality.. some times it may be confusing. to avoid that it is always advisible to chck the answer you got... now substitute any value greater than or equal to 10 and check ...
