Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0well.. Work is kind of a measure of how much energy you spent!!....so for example. you push a bed.. across 5 m.. you get spent.. you get tired right?? thats cause you did some work (however.. just cause you get tired doesn't mean you did work .. for example.. if you try pushing a wall.. you get tired .. but technically you did no work.. cause the wall didn't move).. anyhow.. what is power.. ?? power is HOW FAST you can do work!

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0so.. maybe i can you can push the bed five meters easily!!.. so we can easily do the same amount of work.. i can say we are both equally energetic!!.. however if i can do the work FASTER.. i am more POWERFUL!.. that is the true meaning of the word POWERFUL.. how fast you can do work!!... So may be a BULKY huge muscular guy maybe energetic.. need not necessarily powerful!!.. usually martial arts champions are POWERFUL ..
