    I think there is one more piece of information missing which tells about the type of triangle or some such thing for us to figure out at least one angle. You have triangle EFD with two known sides 38/2=19 and 16. but without knowing any angle you cannot figure out the 3rd side. Once you know the length of EF you will double it to get side EA. The you will know two sides of the triangle AEC and you will also know some angles, that way you will figure out AC.
