Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I know this can't be right but I got x=2.5. I don't understand how they randomly got the extra 2 when it should be a 9.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Yeah it's about evaluating determinants of a matrix. How I solved the problem was: (0)(1)(3)+(7)(2)(0)+(9)(x)(9) (0)(1)(9)(9)(2)(0)(3)(x)(7) 0+0+81x0021x=24 60x=24 x=2.5

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0The book's solution would be correct if the first line of the matrix were 0 7 2 (rather than 0 7 9)
