I'm so confused by this question. Is the following sentence true or false? The nucleotides must be joined together in a specific order. I'm very confused.

Are you sure? The textbook says "The nucleotides CAN be joined together in any order." but the question is "the nucleotides MUST be joined together in a specific order.
