    I typed out the function but is it correct and how do I graph it using a graphing device?

    Unless you have a calculator that can graph two variables, you will simply solve for each variable independently and graph, so for instance, g=90-3c would be the graph for your goats per cow graph.

    Yes, it certainly looks correct to me, but then again you stated as much when you asked about the plotting. :D
