note: constants are the terms without the variables. i.e. for the first it's 12

for \(\frac{3m}{2n}12\) note that m and n can be changed their value, but 12 cannot, so 12 is a constant value.

for the next, \(z^3 6x+4\) only 4 has no variables, so it's the constant.
