Find the value of k and p so that the expression -2x^3-kx^2+7x+p can be devided into 2x^2+5x+3 whitout leaving any reminder.

    since \[\large 2x^2+5x+3=(2x+3)(x+1)\] dividing the given polynomial by by any either factor leaves no remainder. factor theorem can be used to solve this problem.
