    it is not clear exactly where they are although you could find them by finding the equation

    no that it the major vertex or whatever it is called the foci are not on the ellipse, they are inside

    it will be \((0,a)\) and \((0,-a)\) but we don't exactly have \(a\) what is in the second coordinate of answer B ?
