Each marble bag sold by Ivanna's Marble Company contains 7 green marbles for every 5 red marbles. If a bag has 45 red marbles, how many green marbles does it contain?

    You can easily find how many sets of 5 red marbles there are. And you know that for every set of 5 red marbles you have a set of green marbles, so go from there

    That's meant to say a set of 7 green marbles

    You have 45 red marbles, 45/5 = 9, so that means you have 9 sets of 5 red marbles, yep?

    And for every 5 red you have 7 green ones, so the total number of green marbles is just 7x9
