But # 2 Should Be x> 24 3/4. I Just Need To Know How The Teacher Got This Answer.

The answer I got was x >  99/4 which when changed from an improper fraction to a mixed number is  24 3/4. Some teachers prefer improper fractions while others prefer mixed numbers. Your teacher prefers mixed numbers therefore the answer is x >  24 3/4.
