    F=qE ma=qE a=qE/m for q1 charge starts with at rest u=0 v1=u+at v1=0+(q1E/m1)t v1=(q1E/m1)t simirarly, for charge q2 v2=(q2E/m2)t according to the quation. K1/K2=1/2
