Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0First we have to find out the total amount of weight the baby gained from birth... 12 3/4  8 1/2 = total weight gained. now you have to find how many months you are working with... April to October = total months Now for the average, you take the total weight gained and divide it by the total number of months.
