    Whoever is inside an ellipse labeled something (such as M for music) is doing that thing.

    In the M ellipse, there are 2x + 2 students. The 2 is also in the A ellipse, because two of the students doing Music also do Art.

    Solve eq above and get value of x. Then for iii, there are 2x students doing music alone. For iv, there are 3 + x - 1 students doing French
