The tick mark symbols represent that certain sides are congruent to one another. the semicircle represents certain angles are congruent to one another.

It's triangle AB and triangle TUV. Those are congruent by the ASA Postulate.

It's triangles VTU and ABC. That is the correct answer. They were trying to trick you by placing the letters in the wrong order.

Notice how V corresponds with A, T has the double semicircles; same as B, etc.
