Jefferson cut taxes and reduced the government expenses and debt. Jefferson cut prices on public lands and encouraged westward settlement. Jefferson changed requirements and made it easier to become a United States citizen.

    I disagree...I would have to say C. Jefferson cut prices on public land and encouraged westward expansion.
