we start by assuming if you were to fold and assemble that you'll get a cylander. The area of the 2 circles is 2*pi r^2 ^ this 2 cuzz there are 2 area of rectangle is 2*pi* r that is the circumference 2*pi* r *6 is area so you add them up and you get (2*pi* r *6)+(2*pi r^2)
