Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Let's say that the width of the dance floor = x ft Length = 2x ft Area = 2x² sqft Tent width = x + 7 + 7 = x + 14 ft Tent length = 2x + 7 + 7 = 2x + 14 ft Total tent area = (x + 14)(2x + 14) sqft = 2x² + 42x + 196 sqft The grey area sounds like it's (2x² + 42x + 196)  2x² sqft 42x + 196 = 952 42x = 756 x = 18
