Is it necessary to learn C to learn C++ ?

    No. But it is advisable to know the difference between the 2 languages so you can appreciate C++ better.

    believe me you need to learn C before C++, it will make your learning of C++ to be more easier

    No it is not necessary, But I recommend learning Java along side C++. Most people say (including me) that learning C++ and Java means you can learn just about any language.
