While the hippopotamus is primarily an aquatic animal, the zebra is almost completely terrestrial. The word "terrestrial" means an animal that lives for less time. in water. on land. on the plain.

    I think it is "on the plain" But i dont know cause it could be "on land" as well. Terrestrial is another word for land or earth so i am assuming it is "on land" because if it was the other one then it wouldn't say terrestrial, it would say prairie or somthing. So i am pretty sure it is "On land"
