    x^3 + 10x^2 -2x^2 +35x - 10x -70 =>x^3+10x^2 +35x - 2x^2-20x -70 =>x(x^2 +10x + 35) -2(x^2 +10x + 35) =>(x-2)(x^2 +10x + 35)
