PLEASE PLEASE HELP?! "With this long history, it's no wonder the Godzilla films and the giant monster genre, in general, have garnered a significant fan base. It's not as if anyone really believes there are real giant monsters invading Tokyo Bay, so it's not as if we are dismayed or surprised when we see the wires holding up Megaguirus's wings, or notice the device used to open and close Godzilla's mouth. It's precisely because of these flaws that the films are loved, and most fans watch for and celebrate them."
