Follow the directions they provide on their website. Additionally, it would be helpful to grab a few books or use search engines to learn more about command line on linux. You can get by using just GUI, but it won't be satisfying long term. Learn the command line if you want to use Linux.
If you need a link: http://eclipse.org/downloads/?osType=linux 32bit and 64bit are based on the architecture of your processor. Do you know which one you need?
Command line knowledge and expertise is quickly becoming unnecessary. For most basic users, the GUI is just fine and they can get by with the multitude of software packages that can be found through the software installer included with the OS. However, if you are a programmer, an advanced user, or require software that is not offered in the most common Linux libraries or that is only offered as a tarball or equivalent, then it would be prudent to learn the basics about operating from the commandline.
