If I do wall sits everyday, would I get better at doing them and be able to do them for longer periods of time?

    Yes because your muscles work by memory. The more you do it, the better they will because at doing it. Thats the whole idea behind athletes practicing so when the big game comes, there muscles will react before they can even think :)
