    no actually it's c D is the CORRECT ANSWER the question asks for which isn't a way to represent this a and b are the same thing D is correct so it's c that would be x less than or equal to 9

    solve then graph 8x-5x-4 ≥ -31 3x ≥ -27 (you flip the symbol only if the negative is attached to the variable) x ≥ -9 it should be c.
