    It looks like the errors are lower than the original so it would be a decrease of 35% from the actual. So for the first one, 140, a 35% decrease would be 140 - 0.35(140) or 140 - 0.35 * 140

    Follow the same pattern for the rest and you will arrive at the solutions.
