After World War I, what action did the international community take in response to the new weapons of warfare? Trench warfare was banned. Atomic warfare was banned. Chemical warfare was banned. Unrestricted submarine warfare was banned.

Trench warfare was used past WWI and atomic warfare didn't become even known until WWII. Your best answer is probably chemical warfare, after it was seen to have devastating effects on the population it was banned.
