Hey all, anyone understand the "Collision Detection of Balls" problem, #3.2 in week 5 homework. not sure how to approach it. hope help is out there. thanks.

    not really sure how to approach the problem. do i set up a matrix? is this like two balls on a battleship board? just not sure what they're asking for. thoughts? much appreciated.
