    thermometer because kelvin is a scale of temperature.. so, the thermometer measure the temp :D

    yupp, what ankolix said. Electronic Balance, balance things, Graduated Cylinder is the volume of a liquid, Ruler is to measure, and since Kelvin is a temperature, Thermometer is the right answer.
