I have to write a paragraph about the Indus River and how it affected the people living near it, and how they relied on it. What would be a good topic sentence?

there is no question this is what it says Write a short paragraph that explains how the people of Indus River Valley relied on and used the Indus to help create their civilization. Include a topic sentence, three to five supporting sentences, and a concluding sentence. Include the two ways in which the Indus River made civilization in India possible.

Civilizations relied on the Indus River to maintain unstable farm land in the region. There were plenty of crops to grow, but due to inconsistent weather and terrain, there wasn't enough water to maintain the crops. The river was vital to the people to help bring water to the crops.
