    non stop talk is the easiest it is 90 all the way across for the other you have to do some computation

    for the BTMP multiply each number by 0.3

    i don't know who wrote this mess, but there is no need for two variable \(a\) and \(m\) here very confusing replace each \(a+m\) by whatever number is in the column heading and compute

    still a mess everyplace you see an \(m+a\) put in 125, 250, 600 and see what you get use a calculator
