Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1I believe it is because of it's size, i think this would get a better anser in history instead of emglish, but i am pretty sure it is because of it's size. hope this helps :)

The most populous state, California, currently has 53 representatives. The total number of voting representatives is fixed by law at 435.
