    CHOICES \[a : c \div \frac{ 2 }{ 5 } = 40,000 ; 16,000 mi ^{2}\] \[b : \frac{ 2 }{ 5 } c = 40,000 ; 16,000 mi ^{2}\] \[c : \frac{ 2 }{ 5 } c = 40,000 ;100,000 mi ^{2}\] \[d : c \div \frac{ 2 }{ 5 } = 40,000 ;100,000 mi ^{2}\]
