Which of the following expresses the idea: There is laptop? a.) Tengo un portail b.) Hay un portail c.) Hay un portail? d.) Teines un portail. (c is a question, I just don't know how to make the upside down question mark). Thanks!!

    Whenever we want to say "there is" or "there are," we say "hay." For example.... Hay tres casas -- There are three houses. Hay una ventana -- There is a window. Hay una silla -- There is a chair. ~~~~~~~ So, we're trying to say, "There is a laptop." And it's a statement, not a question. You can figure this out, right?
