    My steps: \[ \frac{y^-5}{x^3} \\ \frac{1}{y^5x^3} \\ \frac{1}{(-4)^5(2)^3} \\ \frac{1}{(-1024)(8)} \\ -\frac{1}{8192} \]

If it is \[\frac{y^5}{x^3}\] then the solution is among those listed.

    \[\frac{y^{-5}}{x^{-3}} = \frac{x^3}{y^5} = \frac{2^3}{(-4)^5} = -\frac{8}{1024}=-\frac{1}{128}\]]
