4. Ganpat

|dw:1358069739178:dw| 39 + (3) + 90 = 180... Find 3...

5. kritima

and in the same way you can find angle CAB as the one of the is 90 and another you got from 3 .

6. UmmmHELP

Wait...What?

7. Ganpat

u see, side AB and side AD are congruent.. so angle D shuld be equal to angle D...

8. kritima

|dw:1358070207427:dw|

9. UmmmHELP

so 93=180?

10. Ganpat

Angle ADB = 51 degree... = angle ABD....

11. Ganpat

give couple of minutes, keep looking at the figure and note down your observations.. This shall make the problem easier...

12. kritima

yep ! Ganpat is right !

13. Ganpat

@UmmmHELP : do u want to do it once again ??

14. UmmmHELP

yeah im still confused haha

15. Ganpat

no probs, i will draw a new figure, and explain ....

16. UmmmHELP

Okay thanks

17. Ganpat

|dw:1358070661746:dw| From given figure, Given : angle DAC = 39 , angle AOD = angle AOB = 90 AD = AB, and CD = CB therefore, 1) ADC + AOD + DAO = 180.. sum of angles in triangle = 180 degree.. ADC + 90 + 39 = 180 ADC = 51 degree now angle ADO = Angle ABO as they are similar triangles.. therefore AOD + ABO + BAO = 180 BAO + 51 + 90 = 180 angle BAO = 39 degree...

18. Ganpat

19. kritima

heheeh ! you explained it well @Ganpat

20. UmmmHELP

Oh okay Thanks

21. UmmmHELP

I have a couple more if you could help? I will post them in a different section if you want me to

22. Ganpat

yeah sure... i can give a try :)

23. UmmmHELP

Okay post on here or new question

24. Ganpat

website policy says, new question on new page.. i mean, not a part of this...
