I need a clear explanation!!!!!!!!! What is the difference between Nascent hydrogen and atomic hydrogen???

    i too saw third as ortho and para hydrgen bt in my notes there is a third type as active hydrogen... dats y im confused!!! wanna knw such thing exist..... or not...
