    Domain is nothing but the values of x for which the function is defined. Here you can see that the graph is defined only for values of x starting from 3 (excluding 3) And range is the values of y that result from these values of x. (i.e. the values of y that are covered in the graph, which are from 0 to +infinite (0 excluded)) Therefore, Domain: x>3 Range: Y>0 And yes, it is a function since each value of x has one and only one corresponding value of y.
