You can't really delete one, as far as i know. Closing is what most people do.

Zaynaf is correct - questions cannot be deleted. There were issues with users cheating by posting course work then deleting / erasing all content within questions to avoid detection. This was unfair to the tutors who posted meaningful responses and to the rest of the community who learned by reviewing previously asked questions.
Questions cannot be deleted. They can be closed. Intern they are still open for public viewing... :)
You have the option to close the question. You also have the option to delete your post to another question. As far as deleting someone's question, that is impossible. As far as deleting your own question, I would not know how to.
