Music Theory, the inspiration behind music during the enlightenment, renaissance, etc... The backgrounds of some of the most famous composers. Different styles of music. How music was used (to tell stories, to impress someone, to express feelings). Also you learn the fundamentals of music (notes, pitch, rhythm, solfege, instruments, vocal, etc.).
