A group of workers is tired of having to work 10-hour days. They gather together on their time off outside of their work place and protest. Their employer calls the police. The people are arrested. Why would their lawyer use the First Amendment to protect them?

    A.The employer has no right to request arrest of private citizens. B.They were speaking their minds peacefully in a public place. C.The lawyer knows local courts cannot handle a constitutional case. D.They were gathered illegally on private property.

    dont apologize. its not your fault. it jsut that im doing some last minute work for my virtual class :/ but yea it is B. see. you are smart. you can do this without me. ill help you ,but i would really apreciated if you could answer the ones you already know as best as possble and only ask me the ones you have trouble with. it could make this go by alot faster
