denominator changes sign at 0, numerator changes sign at 7, so divide up the real line into three intervals \$(-\infty, 0), (0,7),(7,\infty)$ then check on some interval to see if it is positive or negative if say $$x=10$$ then both top and bottom are positive, so your answer is $(-\infty,0)\cup (7,\infty)$
