    denominator changes sign at 0, numerator changes sign at 7, so divide up the real line into three intervals \\[(-\infty, 0), (0,7),(7,\infty)\] then check on some interval to see if it is positive or negative if say \(x=10\) then both top and bottom are positive, so your answer is \[(-\infty,0)\cup (7,\infty)\]
