Questionable...a bathroom scale has to do with weight and a stopwatch with time so those are out. Now with dumbells, If you lift with one arm let's say, you need to keep your core balenced due to the offset of weight. On the other hand with a meter stick, you can balence that on your hand...since this has to do with healthhowever, I would presume it has to be dumbells
