Express as a decimal: 1050 : 2000

    1050:2000 is a ratio, and therefore can be turned into a fraction. The fraction would be \[\frac{ 1050 }{ 2000 }\] A fraction can be divided. So to find the decimal, you would simply just divide 1050 by 2000.
