    well i cant be compleatly sure but it looks to me it could go two ways are u looking for a positive or negative aspect?

    ... but it mainly looks like a negative tthing especialy being called the busy showman i would say the cartoon is showing how the elaphants are being exploited for the showmans benifit... my guess Theodore Roosevelt being the showman
